Travis pointed out to us that the ridge of our roof has been damaged by previous crew members walking on the ridge. I have written you an email dated 12-13-14 spelling out the details of the problem. Please look over my email and get back to us at your earliest convenience. With the exception of this problem, we have been very pleased with your service and have recommended you to several of our neighbors.
